Newsletter NOV : St. Paul's College School Enhancement Project Fundraising Committee
Dear Donor,
Thank you for your generous donations towards the School Enhancement Project (SEP). We have reached our target for the Campaign One which involves the expansion of the classrooms and requires funding of $90 million. We have received the support from the School Council with $30 million funding as well as the donation and pledge of a total of $64.5 million including a matching fund of $30 million from an anonymous alumnus for Campaign One.
The Fundraising Campaign for the School Enhancement Project was launched in a Kick-Off Ceremony on 4th December 2018. Since then, we, the SEP Fundraising Committee, had met with almini from different classes, and organized several sharing sessions with alumni in the medical profession. Mr. Dennis Yuen Dick Yan, Principal of St. Paul’s College, and I shared the vision and latest development of the project. We must thank our alumni for their donations, both as individuals and as a group/class which accounted for the largest contribution in Campaign One.
We also met with the Parent & Teacher Association of St. Paul’s College Primary School. We explained the trend of education, and the needs of the College to upgrade its hardware and software in the Enhancement Project. We have received a lot of support from our parents.
To commemorate the completion of Campaign One, we held an appreciation dinner and the Donos’ Wall Opening Ceremony to thank our donors for their generous support.
