Dear Donors,

The Annual General Meeting of St. Paul’s College Foundation Limited was successfully held on 21st June 2022 at the School Hall of the College.

Mr. Benjamin Lee Kai Yiu and Dr. Fung Shing Kwong were elected by our voting members to serve in the Executive Committee for a term of four years during the AGM. The list of the Executive Committee members has also been updated on the website (https://www.spc-foundation.org.hk/page.php?id=82)

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Chan Man-Chung, JP, for his invaluable contribution in the past eight years and we are honour to invite Dr. Chan to be our Honorary Advisor to serve our Foundation.

The financial statements of the Foundation for the year ended December 31, 2021 and the Chairman’s Reports and Auditors’ Reports and Financial Statements were received and approved during the AGM. Also Mr. Sammy Chan ‘79 would continue to be our Honorary Auditor for the year 2022.

I would like to share with you that the foundation construction work was completed in July and the main construction of the New Entrance, and the Indoor Swimming Pool has commenced at the beginning of September. If it goes according to plan, we will see its completion before the July of 2023. Total cost of main construction was nearly 80 million dollars, our team has to raise 60 million dollars to complete the job. We would like to invite more alumni and parents to help the fundraising. We hope that with more alumni’s and parents’ support, we can achieve our goals together.
